Good morning Bobcats!
Attached please find the 2022 season form and informational packet.
This year some forms will be turned in to the team and some will be uploaded directly to the district/FHSAA. The first page of the packet outlines which forms go where, and directions on the uploading process will follow but in the meantime we wanted everyone to have the forms to start on over the summer.
If your child is homeschooled, please e-mail buchholzswimanddive@gmail.com for an additional form that must be completed.
